Spring arrives late in high-altitude Bipeng Valley, creating a breathtaking panorama where vibrant wildflowers, ancient forests, and snow-crowned peaks all converge in one spectacular display.

Itinerary Overview​​

This is a sample itinerary. We specialize in creating fully customized tours to match your personal travel style.

In the morning, your private tour guide and driver will meet you in downtown Chengdu. After approximately a 3-hour drive through Wenchuan County, you will arrive at Bipeng Valley, renowned as the "Landscape Gallery of All Seasons."

This valley showcases classic alpine scenery where virgin forests, plateau lakes, snow-capped peaks, murmuring streams, and pristine meadows intertwine into a magnificent, multi-layered painting. While each season offers distinct beauty, spring is undoubtedly its most captivating chapter—a time when the valley bursts into a romantic tapestry of blooming flowers against the backdrop of snowy mountains and forests.

After the visit, we will continue our journey and overnight in Maerkang.

In the Jinchuan River Valley, define the visual feast of spring: let the endless sea of pear blossoms and the majestic valley become the most unforgettable chapter in your photo album.

In Jiaju Tibetan Village, define the cultural warmth of spring: step into this "Most Beautiful Village," touch the living history of the Jiarong Tibetans among its watchtowers and fields. As night falls, gather around for a Tibetan hot pot meal. Under the ancient starry sky, settle into a Tibetan-style guesthouse, allowing both body and mind to find complete peace.

In the morning, visit the lesser-known Huiyuan Temple. As the sole royal Tibetan Buddhist monastery outside Tibet before the modern era, it remains overlooked by tourists but is rich in authentic Tibetan culture and artistic treasures.

In the afternoon, gallop across the renowned Tagong Grassland, the most famous and beautiful in the Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Explore it the local way—on horseback—taking in the sweeping views of Mount Yala, the golden stupa, and the boundless meadows. This is the most genuine way to experience a grassland spring.

In the evening, arrive at Xinduqiao, known as the "Paradise for Photographers." Spend the night in this picturesque town, falling asleep under a starry sky to conclude a richly rewarding day.

Enjoy a final alpine spring morning in Xinduqiao. When it's time to depart, we'll ensure a smooth and timely transfer for your journey back to Chengdu Airport or downtown.
